A. Cancellation Policy




Introduction



Consumers – meaning any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession – have the following right of cancellation.



Right of Withdrawal



You may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period runs for 14 days starting on the day you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically take possession of the goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

Such notice must clearly state your decision to cancel (for example, by letter sent by post or by e-mail). You may, but are not required to, use the model cancellation form provided below.


It is sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal deadline if you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.




Consequences of Withdrawal



If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs if you selected a different delivery option from the one we offer as the least expensive standard option). The refund will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive your cancellation notice.


We may deduct an amount if goods returned show a loss in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.


Unless you expressly agree otherwise, the refund will be made using the same method of payment you used in the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.


We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back—whichever occurs first.


You must return or hand over the goods to us without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of the cancellation. The deadline is respected if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period.


  • We will cover the cost of return for items that can be shipped back by standard post.

  • For items unsuitable for postal return (e.g., freight goods), you will bear the direct return cost. These costs are estimated at up to approximately €600 per item.





Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal



The cancellation right does not apply to contracts for goods that are custom-made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.


The right of withdrawal also does not apply to consumers who, at the time of contract conclusion, are not citizens of a European Union member state and whose sole place of residence and delivery address are outside the EU.




Additional Guidance



  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If possible, return items in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use appropriate protective outer packaging if necessary.

  2. Please do not return items using “freight collect” (unpaid shipping).

  3. The above guidance (points 1 and 2) is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right to withdraw.
