Your FLEXY Booth will be delivered 7-12 days after you placed your order.

Your SOLID Booth will be manufactured just for you. The manufacturing takes between 5 and 7 weeks. Between 6 and 8 weeks after your configuration and order was done by you, your individualized SOLID arrives at its new home. We inform you about the exact delivery date.

You can carry the package easily, it weighs 20 kgs or 25 kgs, depending on your choice of the frame material.

Our SOLID booth is packed in minimum six single packages, so that it's not difficult for you to handle it. One package weighs a maximum of 50 kgs.

Every SOLID booth is a customized manufactured product. According to § 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 BGB, we can't offer a right of withdrawal.

WE DO CARE:

With your order you get our service phone number. Contact us on this number or via e-mail if you want to give up your booth. We can take back your SOLID booth with great probability, depending on the individual case. In most cases, your SOLID booth will be picked up by us and you will receive your money back.

Any ways, we do stay in constant contact with you: from the execution of your order to the fully assembled SOLID booth at it's new home.
